Cancellation Policy
To better serve our highly valued clients. The Eagles Nest Salon and Spa has a rescheduling, cancellation, no show , non-refundable deposit and late arrival policy in place.
The rescheduling, cancellation, no show and late arrival policy is as follows:
There will be a 50% charge of the total scheduled services fee for any no show, cancellation within 72 hours prior to your appointment. Late arrival is considered a no show and will be charged 50% as this inters with appointments I have with other clients for the day.
Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your service
